An aspiring hip-hop artist is now getting a bad rap after, police say, he ate hundreds of dollars worth of sea food and swam away to avoid paying the bill at this restaurant.
Police were forced to go into the water in order to arrest aspiring rapper, 33-year-old Terry Peck, or 2Pec, after, they say, he refused to come out.
The cops allege he devoured more than 600 bucks worth of booze and food like oyster shooters and octopus.
Peck told the news outlet outside court the lobster was overcooked, and that he left to help a friend giving birth on the beach.
But the manager believes he split once he saw the hefty check.
Ordered never to return, Peck was charged with stealing and assaulting a police officer.
