イギリスのライフスタイル雑誌Monocleが毎年行っている住みやすい都市ランキング(住みやすさ=livability)。今年の順位が発表されました。日本からは3都市がランクイン。字幕はありませんが、日本の都市については、動画の後にディクテーションタスクとスクリプトを付けました。
